Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is: Cowboy Competitions LTD a company registered in England and Wales
(company number 16254016) and whose registered office address is 2 Plantation Courtyard Ely
Road, Hilgay, Downham Market, Norfolk, England, PE38 0HL.

2. The Competition

2.1 The title of each Competition is such name as is given on the Competition Website from time to
time these terms and conditions apply to all Competitions listed on the Competition Website.

2.2 The Competition Challenge comprises the questions or tasks set by the Promotor, relevant to
each Competition and for participants to complete to be eligible to be entered into with the
Prize as detailed on the Competition Website.

3.How to enter

3.1 The Competitions will run from the Opening Date until the Closing Date specified on the website
inclusive or until such time and date as at least 60% tickets have been sold, whichever is the
later.

3.2 All Competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All
Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3 To enter a Competition, participants must enter online at out Competition Website by creating
an online account, making payment of the entry fee and submitting their answer to the
Competition Challenge. Participants must use their skill or knowledge to complete the
Competition Challenge correctly (in line with the answers held by the Promoter) to be eligible to
be entered into the draw for the opportunity to win the Prize (“Eligible Entrant”).

3.4 Participants may alternatively enter the Competition for free by sending an unenclosed postcard
with their entry. Each unenclosed postcard entry must be submitted separately and include the
participants full name, address, telephone number, and email address. The unenclosed
postcard must also contain the correct answer to the Competition Challenge. All free postal
entries must be received by the Promoter at the address set out in Clause 1 by the Closing Date.
Entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified. The Promoter will not
accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless
of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure or technical malfunction. By
submitting a free postal entry, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.5 Participants are permitted to submit as many Competition entries as they wish up to the
maximum number permitted per each Competition as detailed on the Competition Website, in
each instance subject to availability.

3.6 The Promoter will not accept:

(a) responsibility for Competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed
or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause,
including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical
malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or
software failure of any kind;
(b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition; or
(c) responsibility for any failure or inability to make contact with an Eligible Entrant due to
any errors or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the participant.

3.7 By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions
and all participants acknowledge that payment of the fee to take part in the Competition
Challenge and entry does not guarantee in any way that they will win the Prize. You also
acknowledge that only those entrants that successfully complete the Competition Challenge
having made payment of the entry fee (or having submitted their entry via the free postal route)
will be entered into the Prize draw.

3.8 In the event the Minimum Entries have not been submitted within 35 days of the Opening Date,
the Competition will be cancelled and any persons that have paid to enter the Competition
before that date shall have their entry fee fully refunded.

Eligibility

4.1 The Competitions are only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:

(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary
companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its
administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2 In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the
Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the
Competition.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept Competition entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but
not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals; or
(e) incomplete.

4.4 Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or
intention of the Prize Competition.

4.6 Competition entries cannot be returned.

The Prize

5.1 The prize is as described on the Competition Website relating to the Competition the participant
has entered. Details of the Prize are to the best of the Promotor’s knowledge, information and
belief are correct as at the Opening Date.

5.2 If the Prize is a holiday, it will be for the number of people, to the destination, and for the
number of nights stated in the Prize description. Travel will be by the class of transport specified
in the Prize description and must take place between the dates listed. The Prize does not include
travel insurance, transfers to or from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money,
taxes, or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in connection with the holiday, beyond
those expressly included, will be the responsibility of the winner(s).

5.3 You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to
travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in
question on the travel dates specified. Dates once notified to the travel agent cannot be
changed.

5.4 If the Prize is a car, you will be solely responsible for ensuring that you are able to collect the
Prize by ensuring you, or an accompanying adult, hold a valid full UK driving licence and have in
place the appropriate vehicle tax and insurance. The Promoter shall require you to provide proof
that you are legally compliant before you are entitled to collect the Prize.

5.5 There is no cash alternative for the Prize which must be taken as stated and the Prize is not
negotiable or transferable. By entering the Competition, the winner accepts that no warranty of
the roadworthiness, value or condition of the Prize shall be provided by the Promoter and
following collection of the Prize or the ongoing maintenance for the same, the Promoter
relinquishes all responsibility for the same, subject to clause 8.

5.6 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a
cash alternative to the equal value of the prize.
5.7 The prize is supplied by the Supplier identified on the Competition Website relevant to the
applicable Competition (Supplier). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an
alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes
it necessary to do so.

Winners

6.1 The result of the Competition is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6.2 All Eligible Entrants shall be entered into a blind prize draw using their draw reference number.

6.3 The lucky winner shall be determined by a verified ‘Random Number Generator’. The winner will
be announced up to 24 hours after the Closing Date (Announcement Date), which will be
communicated with all participants within a confirmation email.

6.4 The Promoter will contact the winner personally within 24 hours after the Announcement Date,
using the telephone number or email address provided with the Competition entry. The
Promoter will not amend any contact information once the Competition entry form has been
submitted.

6.5 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid
award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and
county of major prize winners and, if applicable, their winning entries in the Competition
Website on the Announcement Date.

6.6 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made
available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such
circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the
Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Claiming the Prize

7.1 In order to claim the Prize you will be contacted by the Promoter to organise delivery or
collection of the Prize, as applicable. You will have 7 days from the Announcement Date to claim
the Prize. If the Prize is a vehicle, you will be required to personally attend the address
communicated to you by the Promoter in order to claim the Prize, within 30 days of the
Announcement Date. If you are unable to collect the vehicle, the Promoter may organise
delivery of the vehicle at your expense.

7.2 The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf, and you will be asked to provide
proof of identity and entry at the time of delivery of the Prize.

7.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be
contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their Prize within seven days of the
Announcement Date or by the date notified to them by the Promoter at the point the Promoter
makes contact with the winner in accordance with paragraph 6.4, the Promoter reserves the
right to offer the Prize to another Eligible Entrant chosen randomly from the correct entries that
were received before the Closing Date.

7.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize for
whatever reason. Ownership of the Prize shall remain with the Promoter until such time as the
winner has collected the Prize or the Promoter has delivered the Prize in accordance with 7.3(b).

7.5 The winner will be requested to partake in promotional material with the Promoter upon
delivery of the Prize including, but not limited to, a photograph of the winner with the Prize, and
agrees to allow the Promoter to announce them as the winner, together with their details, on
the Promoter’s website, and via social media accounts controlled by the Promoter.

8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any
circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any
loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where
it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their
employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Ownership of Competition entries and intellectual property rights

9.1 All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become
the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

9.2 You agree that the Promoter may, in their sole discretion, make your entry available on its
website and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in
connection with any publicity of the Competition. You grant the Promoter a non-exclusive,
worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights
in the Competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit,
copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the
Competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

10. Data protection and publicity

10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the PRIVACY POLICY. See also Clause 6.3 and

6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.

General

11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the
Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the
Competition.

11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Competition
where it becomes necessary to do so.

11.3 Except where the Promoter cancels the Competition (in which case all entry fees shall be
returned to participants), all entries are final, and no refunds shall be made.

11.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

11.5 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish
to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

Definitions

Announcement Date: shall have the meaning given to it in clause 6.3 of these conditions.

Eligible Entrant: shall have the meaning given to it in clause 3.3 of these conditions.

Closing Date: shall mean such closing time and date of the relevant Competition as advertised
on the Competition Website or such time and date as at least the Minimum Entries have been
submitted, whichever is later.
Competition: Shall mean each competition to which Eligible Entrants are able to submit an entry
in accordance with these Conditions in order to be included in a prize draw for the Prize and as
more particularly detailed on the Competition Website from time to time.

Competition Website: shall be the particular webpage on the Promotor’s website on which each
Competition is promoted, including the relevant entry route.

Conditions: the terms and conditions set out in this document.

Minimum Entries: shall mean the minimum number of entries to be submitted in relation to the
Competition.

Opening Date: shall mean such opening time and date of the relevant Competition as advertised
on the Competition Website.

Prize: shall mean the prize for the relevant Competition as detailed on the Competition Website.
